Positive: Excellent staff. Very courteous, professional and friendly. They all come to say farewell when guests leave. Great ambience and privacy. Breakfast buffet is great. Food in general is fresh and tasty.
Negative: Far from all the main points of attraction. Spa facilities are good but expensive given it's each a 30 minute session. Pool is well cleaned however water is cold Some plug points are so close to each other that it limits the space to insert phone chargers. It basically ejects out the charger upon flicking the switch and it falls on the feet

Positive: I have to say, this was the epitome of my Kerala trip. The resort, tucked deep within a thriving cardamom plantation, was nothing short of magical — especially during the monsoon. Every day it rained, and there we were: warm, dry, and content, sipping tea as we watched the rain fall over the lush green hills. Pure bliss. The room was equally unforgettable — spacious, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly cozy. The highlight was the almost outdoor bathroom, which let us shower with a view of the forest canopy, all while maintaining perfect privacy. And the four-poster bed was so comfortable. There and then we decided that we have to make this an annual trip. So, yeah, see you next year.

Positive: Great ambiance. Excellent villas and facilities. Excellent staff and service boys are always very active and prompt. Great food. PS: love the open shower.
Negative: Nothing major but if I have to nitpick, food is a little pricey. We went in monsoon so a lot of experience listed in the offer was not available like Beehives and fishing.

Positive: Our cottage was nestled amidst the spice plantation and the cottages were beautifully designed in a mix of traditional and contemporary style. The rooms were really spacious and the outdoor shower was the highlight of the room! The staff was very warm and polite and they went out of their way to help us. The food was freshly prepared and tasty. We had a memorable stay and would definitely love to visit again if we get a chance.

Positive: This property is an absolute gem and one of my favorite stays in India. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. Even the most basic rooms are incredibly spacious—more like a one-bedroom apartment—blending traditional charm with modern minimalism. The setting is breathtaking, nestled within a plantation where you wake up to birdsong and crickets. We even spotted deer during our stay! The staff are genuinely warm and attentive, making the experience feel personal and welcoming. Daily Ayurvedic massages added to the relaxation, and a highlight was the cooking class led by Chef Sibil, Arun, and their team, where we learned to make a fantastic Kerala fish curry. Akhila also gave us an insightful tour of the plantation, which made us appreciate the place even more. One of the unique touches here is the drinking water—it is harvested on-site and tastes incredibly fresh! The breakfast spread was exceptional, with perfectly prepared dishes, fragrant fruits, and fresh juices. We also tried the plantation’s coffee, a lovely light to medium-bodied brew. If you visit, do not miss their honey—it is outstanding! Food here is a true highlight. Some of my top recommendations are the All-Spice Chicken, Kerala Beef Coconut Fry, Banana Fritters, and Kerala Parotta. Everything was cooked to perfection. This place offers a rare balance—it is intimate and peaceful, yet has all the comforts of a high-end retreat. My favorite spot was the balcony, overlooking the lush greenery of the plantation—a perfect place to unwind. Smaller properties sometimes come with limitations, while larger ones can feel impersonal. This one is just right—private and exclusive, yet offering everything you could need for a perfect stay. Highly recommend!
